"Tom, old
buddy! Just wanted to wish you a very Happy Birthday!! I will be attending
a family wedding and unfortunately unable to join in on the festivities. I
still remember you mixing that Gatorade when you were one of us. Now that
you've joined the riders, I don't get to see you that much. Enjoy the day
and see ya at the video party,"

| "Tom,
you're the only person I know that can stop on a "killer hill" just to drink
Lemonade" from a kid's stand last year. The significant part is that you
actually got back on the bike and road to top. I am duly impressed." Tom Ryan |

"It is such a
shame that "Team Ice-cream" doesn't know how to have fun!!!!
I hope that Pete
Harris leaves town around his next "big birthday" (not sure what that
is) because I am sure that you will be planning something ...... we all
know what pay-backs are like.
Tom, Happy, Happy
50th."

"I am unable to take part in the ride or

"Tom,
Happy 50th. Sorry I couldn't join you to
help celebrate this milestone birthday. It was a great idea and sounds
like a good time. You have a good friend who coordinated this for you.
See you on future rides and enjoy your celebration. You deserve it!"

"Tommmmmy!
Happy Birthday Old Man! I met you on my very first Anchor House Training Ride in 1998. I was behind everyone else at the time (nothing much has changed since then!) and you picked me up in a SAG vehicle. You were still working SAG then. The following year I rode with your wife Jeanne, who is actually a much better rider than you! The year after that you decided to join the ranks of the riders, not one of your best decisions, and our slow but happy group started to come together! That was a memorable year, various parts of your bike fell off every day. Good thing you subsequently had Dan build you a new bike! Did you request that Dan put that inscription, "Fatties Fit Fine", on your chainstay? By the way, many of us have always wondered why you dropped your wonderful wife so many times that year? I think you even received an award at the Yellow Truck for having done so. Since that time you and Johnnie and I have become riding/training partners and good friends. Even though you pushed me off my bike on Titus Mill Road and in West Amwell at that yard sale and on the ride this year in Amish Country, my elbow and I have forgiven you! We may be the slowest group on the ride but we have the most fun and find the best ice cream. You are a good man Tom Imbrigiotta, may you have many more years to enjoy the ride, your friends and your wonderful family." Pete |

"Tom, sorry I missed the big event but we were forced to finish a Merrill
Lynch job on Saturday. I am sure all went well and we were thinking of you.
Take care you old geezer."

"Tom: Barb and I just got back from a 400+ mile ride in Vermont which spanned your birthday festivities. You can be sure, however, that we were thinking of you every minute... Especially when doing your specialty, big hills, of which VT has a few. Also, every time we passed a Ben & Jerry's... Ha! Hope you have many more, and we can all be there." Ken Sharples |

"Tom,
Sorry that Trudy and
I could not join in your Birthday Gala, we happened to be riding the MS
150 "City to Shore" ride that day or we would have surely been in
attendance. I have read all of the notes that you received from others
and looked at Pete's great website commemorating the day. I can tell that
you all had a tremendous time with lots of laughs and funny moments.
Such milestone
Birthdays and events like this, are ones to be remembered and cherished
forever. Best wishes on achieving your 50th, life gets sweeter with every
new year. Keep on riding that bike."
