Breakfast Casserole 1 pound breakfast sausage Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9 by 13 inch casserole dish with Pam. Brown sausage in a frying pan. Set aside. Mix eggs and Half and Half together in a bowl. Stir in chopped chives and salt and pepper. Add a couple of dashes of Tabasco. Open crescent roll dough as a flat rectangle and line the bottom of the casserole dish with it. Even distribute sausage and shredded cheese over the dough. Pour egg mixture overtop of sausage and cheese. Lightly sprinkle Paprika over the top. (Note at this point the whole thing can be covered and placed in the refrigerator if you'd like to make it up the night before a breakfast party). Cook for about 30 to 35 minutes until top is just
beginning to lightly brown. |
